Rules & Conditions
We follow the official rules of golf as set out by the R&A and USGA, alongside our own tournament regulations. Please read carefully before taking part.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment by the organiser.
- The entry list closes 7 days before the start of the competition.
- Each participant must present a valid handicap certificate or a letter from their club.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation with a full refund.
- All Eagle Shot tournaments are governed by the official R&A and USGA Rules of Golf in their latest edition.
- Local rules for each course are published 48 hours before the start.
- All disputes are resolved by the Tournament Committee. The Committee's decision is final.
- On the course: collared polo shirt, golf trousers or shorts to the knee, golf shoes with soft spikes are required.
- Jeans, sports shorts and T-shirts without collars are not permitted.
- Smart casual is required at the awards dinner and ceremony.
- Replace divots after every shot from the fairway.
- Rake bunker footprints after each use.
- Repair pitch marks on the green with a repair tool.
- Mobile phones must be on silent throughout the round.
- If a ball is heading towards other players, shout «Fore!» loudly.
- In the event of a thunderstorm, leave the course immediately when the siren sounds.
- Booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit.
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 45+ days before — deposit refunded minus bank charges.
- Cancellation 30–45 days before — 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Less than 30 days — no refund.
- Flights are not included in package prices.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover.
