Tournament Day, Step by Step
- Registration & WelcomeGuests gather at the clubhouse, collect their starter packs and warm up for the day over a light breakfast.
- BriefingWe outline the format, rules and local course conditions. Questions answered — tee time starts on schedule.
- The StartShotgun start or tee times, depending on the format. Marshals on the course and our team available throughout the day.
- The Round18 holes on one of the finest courses on the Costa del Sol. Referees record scores and monitor pace of play.
- ResultsScorecards collected, results calculated. The final leaderboard is published in the group chat as soon as the round is complete.
- Ceremony & DinnerPrize-giving, a group photo and a celebration dinner at one of our partner restaurants. This is where the stories begin — and why people come back year after year.
Frequently Asked Questions
For most open tournaments — yes, an official handicap certificate or a letter from your club will be required. For corporate formats this is not mandatory — please check at the time of registration.
If you know the rules and play with confidence, you're welcome to join. For complete beginners, we recommend playing a few rounds first and working with an instructor before competing.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by tournament and are confirmed at the time of registration. As a general rule, a full refund is available up to 14 days before the start date.
